Because wildlife in Vermont is abundant and beautiful, it is the perfect place for wildlife photography. Among my greatest pleasures is witnessing the does with their fawns in summer or the black bears rummaging for berries in spring; the beauty, power and intensity of the many raptors in our area, or the silent flight of the bald eagle; and awakening to the loud gobbles of 15 turkeys scratching for stray seeds from the bird feeders. I am always amazed - often awestruck - by the beauty and power of local wildlife.
